Navigational elements (links, menus) and repeated elements are designed and identified consistently across the site.

Checklist

• The purpose of each link can be determined by the link text alone

• At least two ways are provided to navigate through the site or app, such as a table of contents, a site map, or a search feature

• Focusable items in menus and other navigation aids that are repeated on multiple pages are presented in the same order across pages

• Text and text alternatives for items that are repeated across pages (like logo images or footer links) are consistent
